Cat Adoption Questionnaire

There is a $185 adoption fee per cat or $350 for a pair.  This fee includes a Rabies vaccine, at least one FVRCP vaccine, parasite treatment (e.g. fleas, mites, lice, worms), and spay/neuter.  Microchipping is available at an additional cost to the adopter.

Kittens <1 yr of age must be adopted with another cat, or into a home where there is already a cat.

Please note that Feral to Forever does not do same-day adoptions.  Once an application is submitted, references are checked, and a meet and greet may be set up.  The meet and greet is an opportunity for adopters to meet the cat(s), but also for the rescue to meet potential adopters.  An adoption is not finalized until after the meet and greet.
